Pharr Housing Authority Project Read 4th Annual Scholarship Banquet.
The Pharr Housing Authority along with The City of Pharr and Pharr San Juan Alamo ISD recently held their 4th Annual Read Project Scholarship Banquet. On June 24, 2022 at the Jose “Pepe” Salinas Memorial Recreation Center, PHA awarded scholarships to 48 deserving students that are residents of the Pharr Housing Authority. Donations made by the City of Pharr and PSJA ISD totaling $72,327 were used to fund these scholarships and are intended to help further these students post high school academic careers.
