Launch of Mobile Emergency Resource Center (MER-C)
The Pharr Housing Authority extends its congratulations to the Food Bank on the launch of their new Mobile Emergency Resource Center (MER-C). Over numerous collaborations, we have worked closely with the Food Bank to provide essential food aid to both our PHA Residents and the broader Pharr community. The introduction of MER-C as a new resource is poised to significantly assist the valley during emergencies like floods. We express our gratitude to the Knapp Foundation for their role in enabling the provision of MER-C to the Food Bank.
