Congratulations Miss PHA 2024

We would like to congratulate Miss Daniela Martinez for being Crowned the 2024 Miss Pharr Housing Authority. She was chosen from from many outstanding candidates that competed in this event. Miss Martinez is pictured wearing a Red Dress.

1st runner up Miss Sheovanna Cantu who is pictured a Light Pink Dress.
2nd runner up Miss Penelope De Mar Santana who is wearing a Light Blue Dress)
