The Pharr Housing Authority would like to send out a special congratulations to our Housing Alliance of Valley Employees – South Texas Region (HAVE-STR) Scholarship Recipients.

Please join us at Cake Me Away with Tia Lulu, the author of the children's book "Juanito the Mosquito".  It is open only to public housing or section 8 residents (children) ages 5–12.

The Pharr Housing Authority extends its congratulations to the Food Bank on the launch of their new Mobile Emergency Resource Center (MER-C). Over numerous collaborations, we have worked closely with the Food Bank to provide essential food aid to both our PHA Residents and the broader Pharr community.

We would like to congratulate Miss Daniela Martinez for being Crowned the 2024 Miss Pharr Housing Authority. She was chosen from from many outstanding candidates that competed in this event. Miss Martinez is pictured wearing a Red Dress.

The Pharr Housing Authority would like to thank Miss Ruby Delgado for all of her hard work and dedication as a representative of PHA in the last year. She did an outstanding job of attending our events and being a positive image for all of our residents.

Pharr Housing Authority sponsored by Summit Signature Properties would like to show our appreciation for the Pharr Police Department for partnering with us during the Christmas Holiday to support the commendable initiative of Blue Santa.

The Pharr Housing Authority was proud to be in attendance for the Pharr State of the City Address by Mayor Ambrosio Hernandez. Mayor Hernandez presented all of the city's progress and victories for the past year. He also highlighted what's in store for this great city of ours.

The Pharr Housing Authority hosted its Fall Festival on November 9th, 2023. PHA Residents joined us for a nice meal and a great time.

The Pharr Housing Authority hosted its Halloween Extravaganza on October 27th, 2023. PHA Residents joined us for candy and fun.
