The Pharr Housing Authority was proud to be in attendance for the Pharr State of the City Address by Mayor Ambrosio Hernandez. Mayor Hernandez presented all of the city’s progress and victories for the past year. He also highlighted what’s in store for this great city of ours. Pharr is on the Rise and we are happy and proud to be part of its growth and success.
