Pharr Public Housing and Pharr Section 8 Food August Distribution
The Pharr Housing Authority in conjunction with The RGV Food Bank has been conducting a food pantry for the residents of Pharr Public Housing and Pharr Section 8. This was made possible by a grant from the City of Pharr. The distributions will happen for 5 months, August thru December. They will happen at 10 locations in the city of Pharr that correspond to the Public Housing Locations. The August distribution was very successful. In all, 442 residents participated in this month’s giveaway.
