The Pharr Housing Authority in partnership with RGV Literacy are providing courses in basic computer technology to Section 8 and Public Housing residents to improve the skills set they can offer potential employers. A total of 9 residents; ages ranging from 40 to 70 years old, are taking advantage of the Basic Computer courses that are being taught on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s from 6 pm to 8 pm at the Pharr Housing Authority Administration building.
