Pharr Housing Authority had two contestants in the Miss Pharr Scholarship Pageant with Miss Pharr Housing Authority 2023 Ruby Delgado and Miss Pharr Housing Authority 2021 Valentina Martinez sponsored by Summit Signature Properties.
