2023 Miss Pharr Housing Authority Pageant
We are thrilled to share this highlight video of the 2023 Miss Pharr Housing Authority Pageant held on February 16 2023. The video features the amazing winners: Ms. Ruby Delgado, our new Miss Pharr; 1st runner up, Dulce Ramos; and 2nd runner up, Jacquelyn Torres.
Congratulations to all the young women who participated in the pageant and brought beauty and grace to our community. We would also like to extend our gratitude to our generous sponsors, including our main sponsor Summit Signature Properties, who provided scholarships for the winners and participants.
