On Nov 10, 2018 Pharr Housing Authority participated in the Veteran’s Parade with the City of Edinburg. The Pharr Housing Authority staff, Section 8 and Public Housing volunteers assisted with assembling the float. The “Welcome Home Veterans” float won 2nd place in the Veteran’s Parade Float competition.
